Why it's different
I have my own app
Your plan, your logs, your progress, in your pocket. Not a paper sheet.
Personalized from day one
Built around your level, your schedule, your actual goal. Not a template with your name on it.
Most clients notice a real change in 4 to 8 weeks
Not a guarantee, that's just typically how long it takes once the program is actually right for you.
I've done every exercise I give you, myself
I know what actually feels wrong in a woman's body, not from a textbook.
Checked in weekly, not left to run on its own
And I mean it every time, not on autopilot.
Max 2 to 3 women, same faces every week
You're never lost in a class of strangers.
A new plan every week, progressive overload built in
Slightly stronger each week, on purpose, not by accident.
My goal is you not needing me anymore
I teach you to run your own training, not keep you dependent on mine.
What members say
"Thanks to your help and encouragement, I've not only become stronger physically, but I've also gained so much more confidence in myself. You're truly passionate about what you do, and it really shows."

"I have a very busy everyday life and a demanding corporate job, so my schedule can be quite tough. I've never really been a gym person, and I found it difficult to motivate myself to just go to the gym on my own, especially because I wasn't very familiar with the exercises and how to use the equipment properly. When I came across your personal training sessions, I thought it could be a really good opportunity to finally get into a proper workout routine. I also joined together with two friends, which made it even more fun and motivating! I'm still not exactly where I want to be with my training routine, but training with you gives me the motivation and accountability to keep going. I'm trying to build a routine that fits realistically into my everyday life and set goals that are achievable for me. You're a really great trainer and person, and I really like how clearly you explain each exercise and what exactly we are working on. After a few sessions, we were all really happy with the experience and felt that we definitely wanted to continue!"

Basic-Fit Van Heuven, in Kanaleneiland, Utrecht. That's where every coached session happens. Beyond that, you train wherever works for you: home, your own gym, anywhere. Only the coached session is tied to this location.
No, if anything it's easier, no bad habits to unlearn. It's completely normal to feel insecure the first time, most women who've never trained feel exactly that. I've coached this many times before, and I've been in that exact position myself, so I know precisely how it feels. I'm watching closely from session one either way.
That's exactly when a real assessment happens. Ask for one any time, even without pain, if you'd rather start there.
Yes, and that matters for all kinds of reasons: preference, faith, or just training more comfortably. For some women it's the only way training is possible at all, and I fully respect that. My life is closely tied to the Arab and Muslim world, so you're very welcome if that's true for you too. It's a shared gym, so I plan around who's in the room, but you're never watched or corrected by a man.
I know what actually feels wrong in a woman's body, not from a textbook. I've trained myself for years, know the compensations and insecurities from the inside, and build around that. For a lot of women it's simply more comfortable too: no men watching, no awkward moments on certain exercises, and a trainer who actually understands what you're up against.
Completely flexible. A coached 90-minute session can be weekly, every two weeks, or twice a week, whatever fits you. Beyond that you train as much or as little as you want: some clients train only that one coached session and nothing else, others add two, three, four more sessions a week at home or another gym. Both work, and everything in between too.
It starts from €45 a week for one in-person session plus your training plan, updated weekly. On the free chat I ask what you actually need, 1:1 or small group, how often, what you're dealing with, then I tell you the real number for that.
No. If price is the main thing you're comparing on, there are cheaper options in Utrecht, and that's fine, they're just not this. My sessions run longer, my attention is bigger, and what I do outside the session, planning, tracking, adjusting, is more than most others do. That's exactly why I take on fewer people: with too many, I can't actually deliver that. Priced fair for that, not for a bargain.
Yes, that's the small-group option, max three, ideally two. Same real attention, for less than solo training costs. No one to bring? I'll match you.
We set the next one, or you graduate. My goal is you knowing your own training well enough not to need me, not staying dependent on me.
